Our cottages consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, full kitchen, and covered front  porch. Sleeps  6 to 8 persons depending on which cottage is available.  Master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath, bdm # 2 has a double bed, and bdm #3 has one set of bunk beds or two sets depending on which cottage is available, the 2nd bath is conveniently located in hallway.  The cottages are in excellent condition having been renovated on the inside recently> new cabinets>new central heat and air conditioning>new appliances>new plumbing fixtures>new electrical fixtures.
 
 

We offer at our Facilities:  Short walk to the boardwalk and ocean  Free parking for one vehicle per Cottage  Free color cable TV   Kitchen  Central Heat and Air conditioning.  Bedspreads, Bed pads, Pillows ? Linen…        GUESTS ARE TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN TOWELS.        PLEASE, NO SMOKING INSIDE OF COTTAGES

These units  rent from Saturday to Saturday only.  Prices are based on two adults and two children under 12.  Each additional  person is $35.00 per week.  All rates are subject to current tax rates at time of check-in.  Currently the sales tax rate is 13% plus a $1.00 per night lodging tax.

    Sept 29, 2012  to March 02 , 2013           $ 950.00/wk

*During the period beginning March 03, 2012 to June 07, 2012 we accept reservations for minimum 5 or 6  nights and for periods other than Saturday to Saturday depending on availability.

Cancellation of reservations, four weeks prior written notice is required. 20% of your reservation total will be deducted from your deposit for administration cost.  Changes to confirmed reservations require approval of Innkeeper.  Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed by confirmed reservation.
For our guest safety and comfort only registered guest are allowed on our resort property.  Sorry, NO PETS.

Check in time is 3:00 to 9:00 P.M. @ THE OCEAN COVE MOTEL.  If you plan to arrive later, please call in advance to make check in arrangements.  Check out time is between 8:30 A.M. and  10:00 A.M..  All units are clean and must be left clean and ready for the next guest.  Housekeeping services are not provided for our cottages.   There is a minimum $200.00 Cleaning/Damage fee which is refundable if the unit is left clean and undamaged upon check out ready for the next reservation.
 

 All units are subject to applicable tax.  All reservations must be secured with a minimum $400.00 first day advance deposit made payable to Ocean Cove Motel. **Reservation deposit may be paid by personal check if received by Ocean Cove a minimum of 30 days in adavance of reservation arrival date, otherwise, deposit must be paid by money order or bank cashiers check.  The balance of the weeks charges are due on your arrival date.  Credit cards and personal checks are not accepted on Cottages and Apartments.  Cash or Travelers Checks only to pay balance on arrival date.  An additional deposit is required to reserve additional weeks.
