All rates are based on double occupancy. No charge for one or two children under 12 when staying in parents room. There is a $10.00 charge for additional persons per night. All rates subject to state and local sales tax. Rates are subject to change without notice except on confirmed reservations. All refundable key/security deposits are payable in cash only. All units are non-smoking. Two night minimum required for reservations. Three night minimum stay required for Special Holidays and weekend reservations (reservations that include Saturday night) beginning June 9 through Sept. 5. A minimum two night deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Personal checks for reservation deposits are acceptable if received 30 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise a money order or cashiers check for the reservation deposit is required. Reservation cancellations must be received at the motel, in writing, a minimum of two weeks in advance of your arrival date to receive a refund. Refunds, less 20% of your reservation total for administration cost, are returned within 10 days of our receipt of your written cancellation. Changes to confirmed reservations must be approved by innkeeper. When we receive a reservation request, we put a hold on the unit for 7 days to allow time for your advance reservation deposit to reach us. After receiving your advance reservation deposit we mail a confirmation letter and confirmation number to your address or email your confirmation if we have your email address. Motel check-in is from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., check-out is 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. |

Availability changes daily and sometimes hourly as the summer approaches
so email information requests sometimes become outdated by the time you

One bedroom unit consist of bedroom, kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, and a living room. Located on the 2nd floor. Much larger than our Efficiencies. Enjoy a beautiful oceanview and view of the resort strip from your balcony. One queen bed in the bedroom and pull out sofa in the living room. |

One bedroom unit consist of bedroom, kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, and a living room. Located on the 3rd floor. Enjoy an oceanview from your kitchen. Much larger than our Efficiencies. One double bed, one queen bed, and one futon bed. |
